Floating Support Officer

1 x full-time (37 hours per week), Salary circa £22,440 per annum FTE depending on skills and experience.

Our Floating Support Services are provided to help develop our clients’ skills and confidence to prevent homelessness.  The areas we support include tenancy sustainment, benefits and budgeting, wellbeing, education, employment and training.

This exciting opportunity will involve you working with clients on a range of issues and help develop strategies with them to prevent homelessness, resettle into new accommodation and focus support on identified areas of need.  You will have multi-agency working experience along with experience of dealing with mental health issues, substance misuse and working with offenders.  You will also have previous experience of managing your own caseload of clients.

Supported Housing Assessment & Information Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

1 x full-time (37 hours per week), fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, Salary circa £22,000-£25,000 per annum FTE depending on skills and experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide an effective, proactive and efficient assessment and administration service to the Supported Housing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in assessing risk and support needs as well as have excellent communication and written skills. You will work closely with other service providers and statutory partners and will have demonstrated this in previous roles. An understanding of Key Performance Indicators will be an advantage.

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent including Maths and English to grade C or above.
