Education, Training and Employment Project Team Manager

Full Time £30,000-£34,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, we have now introduced a new role to project manage the development and implementation of our enhanced ETE Project that supports our clients back into employment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organisation at a time of change. Coming into this role you will bring new and innovative ideas and work alongside clients, staff and volunteers to move the charity forward to achieve our goals.

You have a high degree of experience in service development proposals and expansion of services that will enable you to bring the project to its full potential. Allied to this, ideally you will have a strong ETE background, previous experience in the homelessness or education sector and a track record of successful project development. Applications from candidates with a successful career in comparable project management will also be welcomed.

Supported Housing Assessment & Information Coordinator

Full Time, To £22,400 per annum depending on skills and experience

This is an exciting opportunity to provide an effective, proactive and efficient assessment and administration service to the Supported Housing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in assessing risk and support needs as well as have excellent communication and written skills. You will work closely with other service providers and statutory partners and will have demonstrated this in previous roles. An understanding of Key Performance Indicators will be an advantage.

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent including Maths and English to grade C or above.

Supported Housing Assistant

Full Time, £19,000  per annum depending on skills and experience

Launchpad offers accommodation-based support as part of Reading’s Homelessness Services. In addition, as well as housing clients, our Supported Housing Team works with our tenants on a range of support needs including advice and advocacy, life skills, budgeting, mental health, drug / alcohol addiction as well as support around education, training and employment. As a Supported Housing Assistant you will support clients with complex needs to make positive changes in their lives. Tenancy sustainment and move on is also key, and you will work closely with our Housing Management Team to help clients achieve this. Previous experience of working in support and housing is essential, as is experience of managing your own caseload of clients.
