Housing

HousingLaunchpad now has more than 100 bed spaces in properties across central Reading. We house people who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless or have a history of homelessness, who live alone (i.e. are single and fall into the local authority category of “single homeless”) and need some level of support.

We have a variety of housing, with most new tenants moving into one of our shared houses where they have their own room and share the bathroom, kitchen and living area. Those who make progress in shared housing will be offered the opportunity to move into one of Launchpad’s self-contained bedsits or flats.

Launchpad strives to provide good quality accommodation and believes that this is the foundation from which, with support, a person can make changes in their life.  Each property is maintained to a good standard with an on-going programme of repairs and refurbishments.  The properties are furnished with the essentials, allowing the tenants to personalise their space.

If you would like to apply for housing with Launchpad, call in to the office or call us on 0118 950 7656 and choose option 1.
